Right Of Buyer To Inspect Goods--Time For Inspection
RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--TIME FOR INSPECTION
Any inspection shall be made within days after the arrival of the goods at the facility of buyer. A failure to make inspection within that time shall be a waiver of the right to make any inspection prior to payment for the goods and shall also be a waiver of any defect that reasonable inspection prior to payment would have revealed.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
